Do u think they will implement this. I have sent many request and even discussed this in this forum. Most of brands have this creative feature. Huwai, Mi, Iphone and recently Pixel.

There's no surity,as it's already stated that it's not mandatory that ideas or suggestions will be implemented.

There's no Criteria, every month There's a small Idea/Suggestion event and you have to post your ideas detailing your idea on the asked topic.
And then if your Idea is selected you'll be one of the Ideators.
