Poor audio recording thru third part app

Hi, I recently procured Samsung M31 online. I use a third party karaoke app call Smule to sing and do recordings. The quality of the audio after recording is so bad as it sounds like a gramophone with ni sharpness. Much disappointed.  Anyone facing the same issue and did troubleshoot? Pls help

even one of my friend also bought M31. he is alright with that. I think u have to look to ur surrounding if any one not ther then u have to record.🙃

hi. thanks for your comment. I'm in a quiet surrounding only while recording. the issue here is, my vocal is so distorted with no sharpness and like radio noise

Kindly be informed 3rd party application which is not from Samsung. As we are trained to handle Samsung software and hardware related troubleshooting, we advise you to contact to the respective application software support. You can reach to the app developer through email channel go to: Play store > select more option> select installed app> click on read more.

You can try after clearing the app cache by following below steps: Go to settings > Apps > More option > Show system apps > Select the application > Storage > Clear cache.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
