Phone charging error

M20 take too much time for charge. 1 hour for 10%. Caches deleted but problem still unsolved.

I am unable to connect pendrive through OTG cable. Mobile message connected and immediate disconnected. I have done all USB access through developers setup. Now finally factory reset option is pending but I can't do without my data transfer to other device
