Phone Getting Stucked

After Update of Android 10 the phone is getting Stucked and after A mean while it's getting restart.

So there is some issue with Some Android 10.

Try to clear the cache partition from recovery mode or a factory reset and check issue.

If that doesn't help then it might be bugs in update.
