Over heating issue in my samsung galaxy m31

I don't know when I even when not performing heavy tasks I am experiencing that my phone is overheating , such as few hours ago I was just using the Whatsapp and just after 3 minutes I touched the upper part my phone and it was really heating up.

Try resetting your device
Or close unused features like wifi etc
