Organising contacts

Saved about 900 contacts in gmail. As per phone contacts total number is 1400. As per display only few are saved in SIM and phone. Also while saving numbers it shows already available, but it is not visible for me. Please help.

see the picture below. Syn ur gmail contacts then it'll be automatically shows all of contact numbers which is you have saved in gmail..
