OneUI Phone App is too bad. Feedback on Samsung Phone App – UI and Functionality

The Samsung Phone app is in need of a serious upgrade. The overall UI feels outdated and cluttered, particularly in the following areas:

Caller Screen

Call Log Window

Contacts Interface


A more sleek and minimal design would greatly improve user experience.

Additionally, there are persistent bugs in the Call Display behavior during app usage:

The mini pop-up and small pop-up views often stay on top even after the call has been answered.

This leads to a poor multitasking experience and obstructs app content unnecessarily.


Please consider prioritizing a design and functionality overhaul in upcoming updates.

no, UI is very smooth, check for some app is creating problem like Instagram, remove it

I'm not taking about snappiness, the UI is not elegant enough. No depth, No visual appealing.
Have you used pixel phones? It's very Snappy and elegant at same time.

Btw I'm not using Instagram.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
