Xiaomi overtakes samsung because samsung is not giving the features that mi gives in their phones . It is the main problem. Mi also works as customer feedback. Please give at least software related features as customers feedback. So samsung can overcome mi . Give bug free and more optimization in software performance. So we request samsung to do as well as customer need . Give more features in software in next updates .

Here, I used redmi note 7 just after 1 year, motherboard dead.
Whereas, m20 (2 years), m30s (1+ year) and m21 (1year) still going strong.

Yeah bro you are right. If some brand is using vanilla android with their skin like oxygen OS. they don't have proper R&D group which is vast in samsung. That's why samsung cost more than the average Chinese brand. My first device was samsung J7 nxt i was so satisfied that i switched to S20FE. I am happy 😊

My Galaxy M21 is best smartphone i have ever used coming from Lumia 520 Lumia 640 Redmi Note 6 Now Galaxy M21

Samsung is miled ahead in terms of Software Optimization.

No, the reason is Carrier Aggregation support, Samsung doesn't provide this feature
