It's really frustrating. No accountability by Samsung. No mature response, oh well no response at all. 

How many more chances we will give to Samsung? Despite having such a global presence, specially offline, they are ruining everything. Google Pixels are becoming exciting now. Atleast they are trying to improve.

Yup.. they created something ambitious and appreciable One UI 7. But they messed it up. They messed up everything. They don't even know how to handle the situation. During such times, official communication is the best way to make people aware of the solution. They should tell us what steps they are taking.

That's what I was thinking about. The only problem is that Pixel doesn't have great support service in India, but if Samsung keeps doing these **bleep** things, then we will have to switch to Pixels.

Switch to iphone then. Only reducing one of the largest customer base will lead to them realising their mistake.
