Is this OK to join because I don't have a pc to backup my data

Once you install the beta version there is no way you can rollout to stable version unless you format your device with a stable ROM. So if data is not a concern for you then you can apply to the beta.

So if we have downloaded beta version but dont wanna install, what should i do?

Just exit the beta program, that might delete the downloaded update so you can get the regular once. [Not sure if that works but give it a try and let me know]

Don't spread false information, after last beta samsung provides stable update to beta users as well and no need to format , beta users upgrades to stable users normally after beta testing ends
