From multiple sources, I heard that one of the focuses for One UI 4 will be translucency in the system UI (which means there will be more blur effects). Let's see if that's true and whether they'll implement it correctly or not.
I'm not a huge fan of the blur in the system ui right now...it's too intense and adds too much..whiteness? It's not too pleasant to look at and I hope they improve on it.
