After paying upto 15k for phone protection then still they are charging upto 2k for every claim,so it means looting people directly.......in a 1000 customers only a few will be damaged and will raise a claim and the remaining money goes in the your pocket.....15000 ×1000 = 1,50,00,000 .....atleast dont put this bulshit extra for each claim
