One of the most issue  after purchased  Samsung  galaxy  s21 series  can't  redeem  offer immediately  here so difficulty to redemption , when mobile order  another month and active device in other month in that case can't  redeem  offer from  the order month.
 Very bad impression about it and can't proceed to resolve this issue by Samsung
