Notification issue

I have M30s. Im facing some sort of weird issue 

My phone isn't showing any notifications alert nor any the pop-up. Like sms notifications  or gmail notifications  

And all my Notifications are ON !!

I don't known what is the problem with my device

how is the audio and call reception? in my case the brand new M31 is dumb no ring tone, can't hear the other party when I answer the call and strangely the videos (YouTube or WhatsApp ) play at super speed ,ofcourse with no sound.
