You can try waiting for a couple of days.I ported my sim from idea to airtel and I couldn't get airtel volte for the 1st 2 days.But on the 3rd day,it appeared on the notification panel.
I don't need it actually.I never actually looked for it.I saw a post regarding this icon not appearing on the notification bar so I thought it was due to the latest update.
