Hi, I have recently noticed that my video are playing with lagging in my Note 9. It plays with jerks and voice also gets cracked.  

Lagging is evident during overall performance too. 

I tried to free the memory by deleting unused apps and large files. But still no benefit? What can be the reason and how to sort it out.

Attached is a screen recorder showing lagging.

In order to resolve the "phone lagging " issue in your device kindly perform quick basic troubleshooting steps:-

1. Check space availability: Settings>Device Care>Storage.
2. Check device cache: Settings>Device care>Storage>Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings>Apps>Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.
