Not able to change Audio Language of movies in HOTSTAR App

Not able to change language of movies in HOTSTAR TV app. Raised this with hotstar as well and they suggested to contact samsung for latest version of app in smart hub. TV series UA55KS7000

I have a similar problem, I can't enable subtitles. Also my zeet app does not work
