Hi,
I recently bought a Tab S6lite but am having a problem with the WiFi.
It will be connected fine then randomly out of the blue the internet will stop working and the WiFi symbol will have an exclamation mark next to it.
The only way to fix it is to disconnect and reconnect WiFi - untill it happens again.
All my other devices connect to the same WiFi network fine without any problems.
Any help please?

Thanks

i also face this issue on my galaxy tab a7 wifi variant. so here are some tips
1. u can turn on airplane mode for 5-10 secs and then turn it off. then, connect to your wifi and it will be good to go.
2. you can forget the wifi and again re-add it by giving its password and it should do the job.
3. you can go to general management in settings, then reset the network settings.
IF THAT DOESNT WORK, then i'll suggest to reset the whole tablet to its factory version.

Dear Samsung Customer,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

1. Try connecting to the same WiFi hotspot/router with another device and see if that works. If it does, go to the next step. Restart your router/ upgrade your router to the latest version. Check the WAN Internet cable that plugs into the router that might be damaged or not plugged in.

Find another public WiFi hotspot you can connect to you may want to move around a little bit, if possible.
2. Before troubleshooting your device, you want to make sure that your phone is the only one having this problem with your WiFi connection. If all devices are having wifi issues, then you want to contact your internet provider as the issue is not with your device but most likely with your WiFi connection.
Please follow the below steps: Apps>settings>connections>Wi-Fi>Wi-Fi network>tap and hold the Wi-Fi network that you're having trouble with until the menu allows you to select forget the network.

3. If the issue has not been resolved then restart the router and mobile device.
Switch off your router (at the wall or with the power button on the router) and wait for 2-3 minutes before switching it on. While you're waiting, press the power button on your mobile device and select restart.
Once the router has been successfully connected to the internet again, try to connect to your network on your mobile device.

4. Make sure there is no interference between the router and your mobile device. Concrete walls, fridges, and microwaves can all interrupt the Wi-Fi signal.

5. Switch off your router (at the wall or with the power button on the router) and wait for 2-3 minutes before switching it on. While you're waiting, press the power button on your mobile device and select restart.
Once the router has been successfully connected to the internet again, try to connect to your network on your mobile device.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask questions).

Thank you for writing to us.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support.
