Navigation bar not working in galaxy m31

I am not able to use my navigation bar, even if used for swipe option, that area is just not taking any response

Are you using any case? Try using without it once.

try restarting your phone
it happens sometimes,the phone gets hanged
if u find this helpful kindly click on the three dots and click accept as solution

If u have turned on car mode then ur navigation bar won't work only back key will and there is only 1 solution to it which is resetting ur device m31
