I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding the Samsung QLED Q80T 55-inch TV that I purchased four years ago.

On [Date], I noticed that the screen of my TV began to flicker unexpectedly. Despite taking great care of the TV and ensuring minimal usage, I was shocked to learn from a Samsung service executive that the entire panel would need to be replaced at a significant cost of approximately ₹45,000.

As a loyal Samsung customer and advocate, I have always held Samsung products in high regard and even recommended the Samsung QLED TV to several of my friends. However, this recent issue has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.

In contrast, I previously owned a Hitachi 32-inch LED TV for 15 years without encountering any problems. After purchasing the Samsung QLED TV, I passed on the Hitachi TV to my housekeeping staff, who continues to use it without any issues.

Given this situation, I am concerned about the quality of Samsung's recent TV products and their longevity. As a trusted brand, Samsung should prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure the durability of its products.

I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and would appreciate a prompt resolution. Please let me know if there are any alternative options or solutions available to address this issue.

Escalated tp service head. Received a call from customer experience team. Only name is customer experience team, but that executive herself speaks like owner of Samsung and denied my request.
