Tech TalkDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing. We understand your concern and will help you resolve this. Kindly follow the below steps to resolve your issue:
Step 1: Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings >> Device care >>Storage >>CLEAN NOW
Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.
Step 2: Please check the device after the Reset app preferences:
Reset app preferences: Go to, Settings > Apps > Tap on More option > Tap on Reset App Preferences.
Step 3: Please reset the device settings
Apps>Settings> General management>Reset all device settings ( Don't try a Factory reset, it will delete all of your phone data if you want to do the same then please make a backup of the device)
In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
Thank you for writing to Samsung.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
