My jio app not installing nor it is updating device A34 5G

My jio app was not updating so i uninstalled it and now i can't install it i tried everything cleared playstore data uninstalled updates of playstore but nothing is working anyone facing same issue i even talked to jio customer care they told to uninstall the app and reinstall but it didn't help

I had faced this issue with another app. I turned off the app install optimisation in playstore settings and then it installed.

Try to leave from beta and restart your phone then check and turn off app optimization from play Store settings if it was enabled.

It is very old version of jio and it says to update and for update it takes me to playstore

Clear data of play store. Kya aapke MyJio App ki APK install ki thi kabhi?

Phone reset karna padega aapko. Kyuki mere phone me Inshot kahi se bhi install nahi hota hai.

Na hi APK, na hi Play Store se air na hi Galaxy Store se.

Aur ye problem tab se huyi hai jab hamne Modded APK install kiya tha. Ab reset karna hai bas. Baaki to sab try kar liya hai.
