The Samsung members app is most convenient
The website has all the features while the app has some
But the app is more convenient like u can edit the forum of the pot svter posting it only on the app. You can't do it kn the website
So use the Samsung Members app

But if you say convenience I'll choose Samsung Members app
In Samsung Members app you can quickly like and comment. Whereas, On website it takes time.
Website also has its own advantages. Like you can view the likes and solutions leaderboard. You can view that on the app.
