Tech TalkDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query, you can try to find the device by following the below-given steps:
Step1. If you lost your device, at first you can submit a FIR at your nearest police station.
Step2. Call your service provider (Reliance Jio, Airtel, Idea, Vodafone) from a different mobile phone or visit the service provider store to block your SIM card services.
Step3. If you have lost your device, try the ‘Find My Mobile’ service. You can remotely locate your lost smartphone, back up data stored on the device to Samsung Cloud, lock the screen, and even block access to Samsung Pay. You can also delete all data stored on your device. Find My Mobile (FMM) is available for only those devices that have a Samsung account and have enabled “Remote Controls” in advance.
Note: Internet should be enabled on the device.
From POS, “Remote unlock” should also be enabled in advance.
Path: Settings > Biometrics and Security > Find My Mobile> Remote unlock.
Step 1: Go to Find My Mobile (FMM) https://findmymobile.samsung.com and tap on SIGN IN.
Step 2: Log in to Find My Mobile with a Samsung account.
Step 3: Select the target device in the list and tap on 'Track location' on the right panel.
If you have any further queries, kindly feel free to get in touch with us if there is any issue regarding the Samsung.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
