Missing Feature in OneUI 8!

There was a feature before that allowed us to enable or disable the gesture hint on the screen like the horizontal bar that takes us home screen, but now it seems to be missing and doesnt appear even on searching, it was titled 'Gesture Hint'. 

Any help is appreciated!
