Mic issue

I found that my Galaxy on 6 Mike is not working properly.

Same issue is reported in Sept 19.plz guide if anyone have experience of this problem.

don't worry brother check diagnostic in members application then even problem is not solved contact near Samsung service center 🥰😊

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->mic).
2- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
3- Check for the latest device O/S (Scroll down Notification panel >Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
