M31 mobile DATA stops suddenly.

I recently purchased m31 mobile set. I am very much frustrated with the net connection. In my area Airtel network is very strong. But the internet connection is automatically disconnected in this mobile. Do everything but could not solve the problem. In the past I had used same data in MI mobiles. There was no problem. But after purchasing m31 set I  am fully dissatisfied with the data service. In the data symbol only e uploading arrow blinking. Downloading arrow stops blinking after sometime. I think this is a hardware problem. Please arrange to replace my mobile as early as a possible.

Yes bro m31 such newotk issue most of user faced one time reset you network and on off aeroplanes mode and try and also wait for update

@shekhar_dgu check ,at the time of network disconnection, there's a message appearing or not !! showing "refreshing sim data". check and confirm it to me

launch settings>general management >reset >network resetting

if u hava enabled any data usage limitations then turn off that one. On mobile networks settings choose select automatically, and also check out is there any system updates available for your device

visit the nearby Samsung service centre and ask them to reinstall the operating system and also ask them to inspect the device network data receiver...

I am facing the issue that while making or receiving a call the internet signal disappear and reconnect after the call.
This is with all the sim, (as suggested to try with the another operator)
anyone facing the same issue?
