M31 April security update problem

Sir I bought m31 on Feb 20 today I received April security patch on 10-0402020.after downloading I try to install it.but my mobile is not responding.from 12 pm onwo inrds screen is still on downlodind seen.no button is working.mobile is not working.screen is showing downloading.do not turn off till now.down volume button with powerbutton but it is not working.i am frating about it

I have same problem in this serious situation. Samsung to provide solution that should work without visiting Service Centre immediately..Samsung Management should understand the situation without phone in this LOCKDOWN period...that too NEW phone purchased 20 days back..!

I am also facing the same problem after opting for updates. 

How to get it solved? Samsung team needs to update us asap.

Same here. April update seems faulty for most M31 users in India.

The error you are getting is BUILD ERROR, more likely, software error (OS error). To fix it, you need to download the Samsung M31 Latest "Stable" firmware from Samsung website, and then flash it to your device. For flashing, you can use Odin, a software.

I have also the same problem..
it was the biggest mistake from the side of Samsung..
the android operating system will totally crash during April security updates..
In my case i re-install operating system again.

They understood their mistake. Now they removed the April updates.
