M31 April security update problem

Sir I bought m31 on Feb 20 today I received April security patch on 10-0402020.after downloading I try to install it.but my mobile is not responding.from 12 pm onwo inrds screen is still on downlodind seen.no button is working.mobile is not working.screen is showing downloading.do not turn off till now.down volume button with powerbutton but it is not working.i am frating about it

I am also facing the same issue. How can SAMSUNG can bring such kind of updates and till now they are not providing any solution for it.

Same problem here . Today I tried to update and run into same error . They must replace the phone as it is their fault to give wrong ota update to users .
