Tech TalkTalking about Apple. They launch ONLY flagships costing atleast 4 times the price of your device and hence they provide updates for 4 years or more.
Similarly Samsung also provides 4 years of updates for its flagships now. Want similar experience as Apple? Either buy one or buy a Samsung flagship.
It's not fair to expect flagship update experience at 20k.

You can expect samsung to give you a software update, but you are not entitled to it.
