Lost data while moving files from samsung Galaxy S25ultra to Samsung T9 storage

While transferring files from MY FILES Application in Samsung Galaxy S25ULTRA mobile phone to Samsung T9 storage device, I opted for move instead of copy.The transfer was completed, but got a message that storage device was not disconnected properly. After verifying the storage device T9,I found recent files of S25ULTRA including pictures, video and documents not transferred. I checked my S25ULTRA mobile found there is no file available. So,the entire photo, video taken in the new Samsung Galaxy S25ultra phone during June to September 2025have been lost. 
I downloaded Recuva64 from websites in my pc and tried recovery of missing files in Samsung T9 storage device. It says that there is no deleted files. 
I am afraid to download any Recovery software in my new S25ULTRA phone. Or if I connect it to a pc,I may have to change the settings to developer mode. 
Afraid of over writing, I am not using the s25ultra phone or T9SSD. 
Please suggest some solutions without harming my new phone to recover my lost files, those were consisting of pictures, videos and files downloaded recently.

Visit a Samsung store. They are well versed in internals. There is a possibility that the files are stored as temporary files with an obsure name under systems folder.
