'Link to Windows' with Samsung mobile.

I want to control my device though windows 10 pc. Like - "making & receiving calls"

 -"save gallery photos to pc seamlessly"

 -"able to see system notifications & 

 app notifications (messages) etc."

About this, some questions come to my mind.

1,How do I access my phone apps from pc?
2,What is "link to Windows" and
"Windows companion app"?
3,Which devices (only Samsung) support the
(above 👆) LTW ? Mine- A21s.

Extra- My pc has 8gb ram, both wi-fi,Bluetooth 

 enabled ,latest version of win 10.
