Lines on a50 selfiecamera

My phone is new,apears when in its in dark places sometimes lines gone,seevice told me to wait some new camera update,so i made update but the camera still dont works normal,anyone got fix problem?

hello, i am having the same issues with selfie camera.

this is very disappointing. cant believe samsung is scamming people like this.
people pay so much money and this is what they get.

i have been sending the mails to support team but no one responds.

i recommend people not to take samsung a5p
