The latest (forced) update to my Samsung Galaxy A50 has now caused the phone to stop being able to open and use the address book, use Message Screen, and the Contacts screen. After restarting many times, this phone is pretty much useless.
It was running great for years, now I get nag messages on the front screen to update ALL DAY.
Finally I clicked OK to update and its dead. Couldn't turn off the nag window, took up screen space and annoyed the hell out of me for months.
I am running version A505FDDU7CUD4/A505FODM7CUC1/A505FXXU7CUB8
Before I go buy a Huawei is there any way to make it a phone again ?
Update: The Text screen just starts taking about 5 words then stops. The Contacts screen opens in a while screen empty... the address book doesn't open at all...
