Can you please attach an video or image to know what the exact problem you are facing like bootloop or something

Bro After successful reset I'm unable to use my pc because when I open my pc then 5 to 10 sec later display automatically blinking

What do you mean by blinking,is the samsung logo or laptop manufacturer logo appearing and is stuck on it?, is there a white screen that is blinking?, is only the power button blinking?,bro please provide more details or attach an video or image

Pc home screen appear and after 5 sec it's show black screen and this problem again and again

Check ypur gpu for any issue or reset your graphics driver with the use of this combination Win+Ctrl+Shift+B
