ONE UI 3.0 RELEASE DATE:

Samsung released One UI 2.0 beta in October 2019 prior to the stable rollout in November 2019. If Google releases the Android 11 sooner than anticipated, One UI 3, too, could roll out early.

We could see the One UI 3.0 beta rollout by the end of September 2020 and the stable rollout in October 2020.

Its not there fault .Because of lockdown we didn't get the update of May 2020 Security patch. Be patients and wait for the latest update
