Are Samsung phones just as secure as iOS? I've read that their Samsung Knox security is used by governments and big business, is it better than the security offered by Apple 🍎 ?

Yes Knox is the best security in android but it can't compete apple as it is a totally different ecosystem.
You know it doesn't even allows an user to download apk files. Then off course giving a security in an open and vast android system is tuff but Knox made its way. I will prefer a Samsung phone with Knox security than a kidney rober companys phone.

Look there is no comparison between iOS and Android.
IOS is a closed ecosystem. IOS doesn't run on any other brand apart from Apple iPhones. Apple doesn't allow you to install apks and all. Apps have to be perfect to get a place in appstore.
But if you see Android , it's completely a open ecosystem. Various brands use this Android OS in their phones. Android allows users to install apks and it's not too difficult for an app to get a place in Google playstore. And Android is a wide spread system. So providing same level of security to every devices of every brands isn't possible. That's why brands have to take care of their users themselves. And Samsung did it with Knox security. They have done a pretty good job with Knox. It's the most secure security system in Android. So. Hope you get it.
