Here's how you could check your Samsung Galaxy Device's Activation Date and Date of Purchase.

1. First of all open up your phone dialer and dial *#9900#.

2. Click on the 2nd command "Run dumpstate/logcat"
It will take a few minutes. So patiently wait for it to finish.

After completion of the command a popup like this will appear.

Now select the command "Copy to sdcard(include CP Ramdump)

Popup after completion.

Now Install any Log Viewer from Play Store, preferably "loglog".

Open the loglog app and click on the bottom right folder icon and go to the folder named log.

Now scroll down until you find a file starting with name "dumpstate...your device code". It must have a recent time stamp as you created it just few min ago.

After selecting it, wait for it to load.

In the search bar on the top right, type this exact mSavedBatteryAsoc. This is case and space sensitive so type it as it is.

After this click on the top right arrow down button and it will take you to that section.

This is the part where you will find your Activation Date and Date of Purchase of your Samsung Galaxy Device.

The battery FirstUseDate is the date when your phone was activated. If your device was genuinely activated on the day you purchased it then it is the Date that you purchased your device on.

Note: If this date doesn't match your date of Purchase (which you may find in your Purchase Receipt/Bill), then it may be possible that you got a pre-activated Device.

Also Note that this code won't run if you have your Auto Blocker ON. You can turn it OFF by going to Settings > Security and Privacy > Turn OFF Autoblocker

If you like this information, I'll be glad if you could show some appreciation😊
