KLMS Agent pop up

Hi everyone. I am seeing this KLMS pop up about 3 times today. I just want to know what it is, and what it says(it's in hindi, and sadly I don't know that language😔). Pls someone tell me what it says and if I should accept and confirm it or not. Screenshot attached below👇

Is not Knox inbuilt - meaning permission is given when we start using the device?

Giving permission for this helps in what way?

And shouldnt the official samsung app give an english option also?
