Hi, everyone,there is a shock from Samsung, they say S23 FE does not support 5G, please check above response from Samsung.


Hi everyone, today suddenly jio 5G started working without any software update or changes.

Did 5g worked on ur phone !!! mines is too USA model but 5G on jio not working.. whereas on Airtel its working fine. 

 

If you got the solution please share..

As per Jio S23 FE is not 5G compatible device. I'm using same device and also working in Reliance Jio as a Cloud Engineer. I have already raised complaint many times still issue is not resolved. As per my knowledge this device is new and it's not updated in Jio's system that's why we are facing issue. I already tried another Jio 5G SIM in S23 FE and it's really working good.

Yes i guess they'll need to communicate with Samsung to update S23 FE in their data base. Afterwards if device is 5G ready out of the box it will start working or Samsung will push update to enable it.

Bro, I'm agree with you but even without any update other Jio 5G sim card is working in my S23 FE. So issue is only with Jio not a Samsung.

I said about Samsung update in case device is not 5G ready out of the box say like my old S20 FE 5G was launched before introducing 5G in India so they've to push update to enable 5G supported bands but in case of latest devices like S23 FE i am sure they're already 5G ready out of the box so if Jio update their data base it will start working the next moment ✌️

Same issue here. I talked to samsung they said it a fully activated 5g device and jio said that the device is not 5g compatible.
