JIO SWITCH NOT WORKING IN S9+

When I install jio switch to share some video files with my brother it's not working in my s9+ but in lg mobile it's working fine, I uninstall and reinstall jio switch and it doesn't work then I formatted my s9+ and installed jio switch again even after format its not working plz anyone solve my problem.

Clear cache memory of a particular application:

Settings>>Apps>>Select particular app>>Storage>>Clear Cache
