Samsung scheduled J6 in June, It doesn't mean your device will receive update in first week. updates will release before this 30 June. Same devices of two different countries cannot run 1 virsion due to different bandwidths and different telecoms. Samsung is developing every device compatible virsion, it's so long process after lots of bug fixes your device gets update.
They are still working on some devices.
So kindly wait, your device will updated withing scheduled time. (30 June).
