So Hey community Members I just Want to Share a feedback regarding GalaxyZFold4.
As I'm using the Facelock in GalaxyZFold4 In the past I just noticed a bug that my GalaxyZFold4 can be unlocked via my brother face too, we're not twins but still the Phone get unlocked. That's time I've done all the troubleshooting whatever I can do but there's no solution as the bug was in the somewhere in software.
So that time I've contacted our community Manager Prizm ( Priyanka Mam) and she just highlighted my case to the R&D team, and on the same day R&D team just call me & we've discussed around 3 hours on this issue & created multiple videos how the phone get unlocked with my brother's face, and done lots of troubleshooting. At the end I've provided all necessary data that is required to the team for fixing the issue.
And now after April Update on GalaxyZFold4 I'm happy to announce that this bug is fixed, it was a Major bug as device get unlocked, I know many were saying this that its already written that this can be unlocked via siblings faces sometimes, I understand that line , but the reason is why My other Galaxy Devices can't be unlocked? like this, that's the main issue why only happens? with GalaxyZFold4. At the end the team understands the issue with proper talks and finally its fixed.
Also in the bonus they have improved the Camera system and Focus system a lot, the processing is improved a lot, there's a lot of difference now and in past & the performance is also improved a lot like using phone as multitask its a powerhouse, I'm using more than 7-10 app keep running in background. Hope to see more improvement in OneUI 6 as there's lot of improvement required too.
In the past Prizm ( Priyanka Mam) our Community Manager, She's also (Tech Expert too), also helped me a lot in other products too, like in GalaxyWatch4 Classic after an update I'm facing the heating issue even the Watch isn't heating too, at that time she again forwarded the issue and case is highlighted to the team and in next update the issue get fixed too.
So I would like to thanks the efforts of our R&D team & our Priyanka Mam ( Prizm ) Community Manager who helped me a lot and getting the issue solved as soon as possible, & I'll always keep providing the feedbacks to the team so that the issues get solved as quickly as possible.
