Is my phone infected

Hi did anyone had or ever saw a file automatically getting download on phone without permission. 

Filename - downloadfile.bin

I don't do any kind of download. What file is that. :(

I m also facing similar but mine is in the form of mp43 without my permission it downloaded through my ac.

I dont know it automatically downloads .i have done factory reset 7 times,went to service centre once to software but still it comes inthe music folder of the my files

From nowhere it just downloadeds that is and a less than a second i see in notification panel.
