We acknowledge your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and will surely assist you regarding the same and please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
We care deeply about your privacy. Please do not worry about the security, If you’re worried about your phone getting hacked, or if you think it may have been hacked already, there are some steps you can take to keep it safe. For example, you should only download apps using the Galaxy Store or Play Store and you shouldn’t click on malicious links in apps, texts, or emails.
You can also reset your device for security by following the given below steps:
Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during the initial setup.
If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her google account.
For this;
Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin)
Select forgot password
Select "try another way" like mobile number, security question etc.
Select Next.
Enter a new password.
Tap on Next.
How to reset:
Step1: Navigate to the app's screen and tap on Settings.
Step2: Tap on General Management.
Step3: Tap on Reset.
Factory data reset: Reset your device to its factory default settings. This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
