Below are my few suggestions for samsung internet-
(a) Having the option to adjust video quality (like 180, 240, 360, 480, 720, 1080p) in smart video assistant is a must have feature.
(b) Optimise the dark mode . I know that all colours (especially dark colours) can't be seen with dark background but a white shadow effect can help.
Alternatively, you can let us control the amount of darkness (I don't know if it will really be useful, but can be tried)
(c) As I already talked about it in my previous post, let us switch between desktop and mobile site ANYTIME we need it rather than opening up the option after the website loads.
(d) Dark mode should be seperated for Android web view and app browsing or else, we should be able to switch the color modes in android web view.
(e) HTTPS everywhere is a feature which can add to the privacy.
(f) Also, let us tune the site settings(like allowing mic and camera access) easily by clicking on padlock icon beside URL (like Chrome).
(g) Let us sync our browser data with a google gmail ID too. This is one of the reasons why people still choose chrome over samsung internet.
