In this week of Innovation lab, drop your ideas for the topic Modes and Routines directly to our teams.

Modes and Routines offer options as follows:

1. Custom Routine: You can create your own custom routines of daily activities that will run automatically. Select your preferred conditions and take actions.

2. Sleep Mode: Automate your phone actions with your sleeping schedule with features like switch sound to vibrate, dark mode etc.

3. Driving Mode: Open maps, play music, change sound mode lets you perform useful actions while you drive.

4. Exercise Mode: Perform actions while you work out with play music at certain locations.

Wondering if there are more ways you can get the most out of the Modes and Routines app?

We would love to hear your feedback and suggestions.

Here are some ideas to begin with:

1. Recommend useful conditions/actions to be added.

2. Suggest useful daily routines based on User Lifestyle.

3. How can we decrease complexity of Modes and Routines?

4. Is UI hard/complicated to understand? How can we increase the ease to use for users to make it user friendly.

I am also using Fold 7, one pattern i noticed that when I do a voice call on speaker the sounds come good from both the speaker but when I tilt or move the phone the sound goes to top speaker to bottom speaker, is this the same with you as well, could you please confirm? 🙏

App-based Trigger:
When a user opens a banking app → activate secure mode.

Unknown Caller Trigger:
If caller isn’t saved in contacts → auto-silence or send to screen call.

Suspicious SMS Condition:
Detect keywords like “OTP”, “loan”, “KYC”, links → move to spam or warn user.

Geo-Location Based:
If user is outside usual area → trigger alerts for risky access.

Auto-enable Do Not Disturb when banking apps are in use.

Block screen overlay pop-ups from unknown apps.

Auto-launch secure browser or incognito tab for payments.

Push fraud alert banner when SMS contains shortened or **bleep** URLs.
