Hello Members!

Our community is a great place to discover new and innovative ideas for our devices and services. 

Innovation lab is a simple way for you to share your ideas directly with our teams.

In week 9 of #Innovationlab, we are requesting you to share your ideas for the following five themes:

1. Biometrics: General usability & improvement requests
2. S21 Series: Pre & Post launch feedback
3. Buds Pro: Pre & Post launch feedback
4. Samsung Health: Usability, improvement requests and proposals
5. Book Flex/Ion2: Feedback, requests and proposals

As a Galaxy user, feel free to suggest any improvement, new feature or make a request which you feel will help us improve the devices.

All you need to do is :

• Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
• Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
• Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will go through all your suggestions to bring significant improvements. Week 9 topics will be open till 14th March. Week 10 topics will be announced later.

Add the feature that allows the users to decide how much they want their phones to be charged during a period of time. It will help increase the battery life of the devices.

• *Samsung pay mini support.
• *About Galaxy store Bugs Fix & enhancements.

• *Please improve Network errors.
• *Please provide more free fonts.

Add three fingers swipe to take screenshot it will be easy.

• *All system apps should be updated regularly and provided with the latest features. Because Samsung runs older versions in M51, the same apps from other Samsung phones are up-to-date.

• *Addition of Real-Time Network Speed.

• *Both dual messenger apps lock not one lock.

• *Lock notification panel for some time disturbance from notifications. feature icon like Focus mode.

• * S Secure feature with lock and mask apps.

Absent of total body health measurment sensor and monitor absent in my new new elegant and dignified SAMSUNG Z FOLD 2, feel little draw back, at least in the next edition try to include the sensor hardware.

S21 Series Feedback #InnovationLab
Everything is great about the s21 series, Ultra Standards... definitely one of the best.... Most people have already covered the others Pros. so I'll get straight to the cons:
1. Video: Improve S21 series Night Videos (Most Important) and bring UHD auto mode. Directors View seamless Zooming than Abrupty between Lens
2. Photos: Pro mode for Telephoto lens in 10x or 3x (RAW format)
3. Battery and Thermals: no issue with 25Wt but Add Scheduled Charging (start and end time charging) . Good Thermals highest measured was 43C but more than playing games using cameras App makes the phone warmer
4. Haptics and Biometrics: Not bad gives that premium feel especially while using Camera app zoom adjustment but it doesn't have that Strong Click to it while typing (feels more muffled vibrations) to put on simpler terms not close enough to Apple Strong Wooden click feel . No issues with biometrics lightening Fast
5. AI : Impressive NPU, Images are realistics but inconsistent especially in low light sometime Super sharp like Wide lens and Ultra Wide or sometimes super smooth like x10 and 3x Telephoto
6. Front camera: Natural Mode is Amazing but still it smooths a bit and losses a bit of details (especially in low light)
7.One UI : Vertical Scrolling App Drawer. Video Wallpaper for Home Screen
And that's pretty much all I could think at for the moment. the most important one is No. 1 (Video) please improve as soon as possible
