Our community is brimming with ideas through which we can make your Galaxy experience better! Share your suggestions directly with our teams through Innovation Lab. Your feedback will be scrutinized to produce possible improvements in customer experience.

This week, we would like to look into Accessibility. Samsung Galaxy phones come with accessibility settings to help those with limited sight or hearing difficulties. For example, you can make the phone read messages aloud or light up whenever it detects a startling noise. There are also accessibility settings and customizations available for those who struggle with interaction and dexterity.

So, the topics are:

 1. Accessibility: Feedback on experiences with accessibility features and suggestions.

All you need to do is:

    1. Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
    2. Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
    3. Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will take a note of all your suggestions! This topic will be open till 26th May.

Samsung does not have accessibility team for their disable users in India but Samsung has in Koria, UK and USA etc. I have demanded accessibility team for India more than 50 times yet but i did not get yet.
Please Samsung please provide your all Accessibility services in India as well.
