Our community is brimming with ideas through which we can make your Galaxy experience better! Share your suggestions directly with our teams through Innovation Lab. Your feedback will be scrutinized to produce possible improvements in customer experience.

This week, we would like to look into Accessibility. Samsung Galaxy phones come with accessibility settings to help those with limited sight or hearing difficulties. For example, you can make the phone read messages aloud or light up whenever it detects a startling noise. There are also accessibility settings and customizations available for those who struggle with interaction and dexterity.

So, the topics are:

 1. Accessibility: Feedback on experiences with accessibility features and suggestions.

All you need to do is:

    1. Create a post detailing your idea/suggestion
    2. Include illustrations/diagrams/images or any detail you feel will help us understand it better
    3. Include #InnovationLab in your post title/subject

We will take a note of all your suggestions! This topic will be open till 26th May.

#innovation lab hello samsung community team i would like to request you that there is some problem inside our topbake so please solve them asap first problem when we use topbake then somewhere other label button is show then that button Give the name of the second problem, we come to read the caption of any photo or video in WhatsApp from the describe image, then it is not able to do it correctly, so please solve this problem also. Third problem, while using Samsung text-to-speech engine, they Voice is very loose in o so reduce that dealer thanks

Please consider Brand Ambassador specially from the Indian Blind community because India has the maximum number of Blind in the world. My mobile is samsung galaxy F42 5G there is some problem in the security update of 1st march 2023 in this mobile so my mobile talkback is not working at all after putting headphones on it or when the phone is on it works other times only like tuk tuk
There is sound and talk back is not working pls fix this I have also spoken to your customer care but they also have not got any solution for this problem. Please make sure that this kind of problem does not occur after taking a good solution, thank you.
